Your right to object to direct marketing

You can object at any time to us using your details for direct marketing. Reply "stop" to any message, or write to office@mondaycut.com. We will stop straight away and won't contact you again. You don't have to give a reason, and it costs nothing.

What we hold and where it comes from

Your name, job title, business email address or LinkedIn profile, and your company's name and website. We found them in a public business source, which we name in our first message: your company's website, its public LinkedIn page or your public LinkedIn profile. We also note public information about your company's ads from the Meta Ad Library, the date we contacted you and your answer.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Asking whether you'd like to see our work: our legitimate interest in offering ad-creative and AI services to businesses (ZZPL Article 12(1)(6); UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We contact a small number of companies, by hand, with one short question.
• Sending you our ads or an offer: only after you've said yes. We keep a record of that yes.

Who sees it

Nobody outside our business. Our email provider, Fastmail Pty Ltd (Australia), and LinkedIn process messages so they can deliver them. Transfers outside Serbia rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• If you don't answer, we delete your details 6 months after our last message.
• If you say yes, we keep them while we're in touch, and delete them 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
• If you say no or ask us to stop, we keep only your email address or profile link and your company's domain on a "do not contact" list, so that we never contact you again.

Your other rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use. Email office@mondaycut.com; we answer within 30 days. We don't make automated decisions about you.

This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party scripts.

Complaints

You can complain to Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs). If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU, you can complain to your country's data protection authority.
